  • How is my data managed with the AGIBOT C5 robot?
    The AGIBOT C5 robot is certified to EN 18031-1, the European reference standard for cybersecurity in connected devices. Your data (site mapping, usage parameters, cleaning history) is stored locally on the device and/or in the secure mobile application. Under no circumstances is it sold to third parties. EN 18031-1 certification guarantees that the robot meets strict requirements for data protection, access control, and network security.
  • What is the charging time and how long can I expect?
    The AGIBOT C5 robot recharges in1 hour and offers up to 3 hours of autonomy in continuous operation. Thanksto its smart charging base, it can be programmed to automatically recharge between cycles, ensuring maximumuptime on your site.
  • How does the robot delivery work?
    The robot and its charging base are delivered together in a secure wooden crate containing all accessories. Inside, you will find a QR code providing access to all manuals: the user manual, setup guide, and charging base installation instructions. Each manual is complete and easy to use, presented as an illustrated step-by-step guide with photos and clear explanations.
  • How does the onboarding process work with an AGIBOT-trained FMC³ technician?
    For optimal setup, the charging base must first be installed in accordance with the provided operating instructions. A FMC³ technician will then visit your site to complete the full mapping of the areas to be cleaned and configure the robot together with you: including passageways, usage schedules, geofencing, charging points, and more. This onboarding session also includes training on how to use the mobile app and the on-board display, as well as daily maintenance procedures.
  • Is training provided during the commissioning process?
    Yes. A FMC³ employee will visit your site to support you from start to finish: including site mapping, robot configuration, getting started with the mobile app and on-board display, and training on daily maintenance procedures. The goal is to ensure you are fully independent by the end of this session.
